Fire Pit Serving Platter

The Fire Pit was an instrumental part of the patio but when not in use, consumed a lot of un-useable space. The customer wanted to have a large serving area and had the initial idea of adding a piece over the fire pit. We discussed the concept and resolved that removing the lid on the fireplace enabled the use of a portable serving platter which would be easy to store when not in use. We still needed some small feet to raise the platter above the stones in the pit. The design, pattern, and wood was reviewed and approved. The result is a functional serving platter that, when not in use, can be readily stored.
